Slower than snails

Today, like most days, I went to Mc Donald's Commercial Road for lunch (takeaway). On our arrival (my colleague and I), we placed our order and sat and waited for our food. Then I noticed that customers who placed their orders after ours had received their food and were about to eat but there was no sign of our orders. A few minutes later I received my food but my colleague was still waiting for his order. The cashier who took our orders repeatedly asked for the six piece nuggets but the crew member (Aphiwe if I'm not mistaken) went on doing other things. When I confronted the lady whose name I think is Aphiwe, she rudely looked over her shoulder and said that they were waiting for the nuggets to come out of the fryer but THEN ONLY placed the nuggets in the fryer.<br> <br> After waiting a few more minutes, and my food now being cold, my colleague received his order. Nobody apologized. Instead his bag was handed to him and all staff turn around and went on with whatever they were busy with.<br> <br> The service and the wait for food at this Mc Donald's is pathetic. The crew is slow and the managers are never-minded. No wonder they are 72nd or 73rd on the speed and accuracy list everyday.<br> <br>
