Slow, useless service

After repeated visits to this branch, today I have decided that I will no longer support this branch! The service is less than useless (and has been on many occasions). After ordering 4 coffees, a Happy meal and 2 Apple pies (which I confirmed were ready before I ordered them), and waiting 16 minutes to get to the collection window, I was told by Lebo to park in the grill order bay - he told me that Apple pies take 5 minutes to cook & that the others that were ready weren't fresh. What happened to the 16 minutes between ordering and getting to the window? He blamed it on a 'technical fault'. I have approached the store manager on numerous occasions and he always has an excuse - that they are working it. McDonalds sells what passes loosely for food at an affordable price - but the sacrifice that we make for that it is that it is SUPPOSED to be fast. So it now no no longer even fulfilling that - much like the rest of the services in this country.
