Slow Servicew

I have not seen service this poor in a loooong time. I visited a McDonalds today and I could not believe that I waited almost 10 minnutes for a cone. The restaurant is as busy as can be, there is one active cashier takinng your order the other one is jugglinng taking orders and getting the orders ready. The employee at the making bay (making beverages) looks and works at her own pace looking as if she did not want to come to work. Normally when you order a single ice cream they cashier makes it immediately when you have not ordered food. Hence, this was not the case I had to wait 6 orrders later to get my order and this girl was working at the slowest speed. This is not acceptable! if employees are not motivated to be at work please find something which motivates you
