Slow service, lack in quality of food plus online./app customer service complaints portals not working

On 10/02, my colleagues told me of the free strawberry shortcake mcflurry and cheese or chicken burger that you can get via the app. I download the McDonald's app via Playstore. I created an account. Lunch time I drove myself and colleagues to McDonald's Vryburg. There was no one in the queue. We order all the free items. It went very quick to get them. In the same time at 12:07 I ordered regular fries. Whilst waiting, we ate the mcflurry so long. It even finished and still no fries done. At last my order number 282 gets called at 13:26. This only for fries. It did not even get that busy in this period. There were other customers coming in. But no long queues. So why so long wait just for fries? I drive back to work. Only 3 mins away. The chips did not look fresh at all. I even asked my colleague to taste and they also thought it was not fresh. I immediately took a picture, because the fries did not even look fresh, like I know McDonald's fries. I love them so I know how they must be. This is not acceptable service.
