Slow service burnt food

I went to the Mc Dinalds in springs mall today and i am highly disappointed and disgusted at the slow service and their food. I went to order my food at those touch screen things they have there, ordered and paid then waited over 25 min for my food just for it to come out burnt and falling apart. This is disgusting really how can a person eat this food, it was hard and burnt as well as falling apart.
