Slow service and bad attitude.

Tuesday 15 December 2015, bought McFlurry ice cream and I had to wait for it for 18 minutes. I went forward to ask where is my ice cream and they said they will do it I waited another 2 minutes then I decided to cancel it since well its madness to wait for ice cream for 20 minutes. When I cancelled the lady serving soft serve was like she is doing a lot and wad busy complaining and showed bad attitude I then told her I don't need the ice cream anymore since she cant do it coz she is tired. The other lady who seemed like a team leader just came gave me my money back without even apologizing for inconvience caused. What a terrible service they don't even care they had to lose a sale. Their attitude and bad service needs to be checked.
