Slow Service

On friday the 5th of October 2018 at 13:39 i placed an order for delivery from Mcdelivery, i was told that i would have my order by 14:15pm after countless calls i received no help or a call back as promised. at 15:00pm my food was delivered and it was ice cold, my ice in my drink was melted. i then sent the food back, its not the first time this **** has happened.

This is unprofessional and a disgrace to the Mcds name
