slow service

Slow service during lunch time. I have ordered a meal at 12:50,at 13:02 still no meal. Only one cashier on the counter and no urgency what so ever. I don't expect staff to run and get my order but at least be sufficient. My order eventually arrived at 13:04. A 15 minute wait is uncalled for.
