Slow food, not Fast Food...

Frustrating and disappointing that we had to wait close to an hour for our order. I know this is probably just another feeble complaint for the company and it doesn't poke any bear but if this by some miracle isn't falling on "deaf ears" please sort this out McDonald's. I can't even mention one specific branch because I have been to numerous and the service and time I receive my order is pretty much the same. The reason we go for fast food is not to wait as long as we would if we were going to a fancy overpriced or small establishment restaurant where they cook the food from scratch. Unless, that's what you do now?? I am not being rude or anything, I honestly would like to know. I'd like to say that I will be eating there again soon, but after numerous experiences whereby I leave frustrated instead of happy to be devouring my unhealthy craving of McDonald's food, I won't.
