Slow food at McDonald's Skinner street PTA

Mcdonald's Skinner Street Pretoria, ****py service with a wait of 40 minutes for a 2 burger meals order. When I inquired what would be the cost I was told that the chicken takes 8 minutes to cook and why the delay which was bull they engage the manager about it and heat will continue to serve me with the wrong order even now they're holding back my refund and telling a refund will take 7 working days which is unfair
