Slow Drive Thru and not all itmes ordered received

Why do you take the drive thru? It is certainly not to wait 17 minutes at the delivery window and when you ask if there is something wrong the response is \I don't know". I would rather go in and sit and wait for my order. after eventually receiving the order after moving out of the way so the people in the queue behind could receive their food I see that one item is not in the bag. Go inside and complain and wait another 10 minutes or just let it go. Mcdees Norkem Park service was never this bad. """
