Slow disrespectful staff - Mc Donalds Avonwood

I went to McDonalds in Elsies River Cape Town, the Avonwood branch that situated in Belvenie Avenue. The service at this branch is the most unprofessional and disrespectful and the staff is extremely lazy. I ordered a strawberry sundae at 15:00 on Saturday the 3rd, by 15:15 I still didn’t get my ice cream. When I asked the cashier how long it takes to make ice cream she found it so hilarious and went to the back. The manager comes out to hand the customers their meals and I asked her the same question and she shouts at me saying that she’s busy serving other customers. Avonwood McDonald’s staff are so slow. It took us 30 minutes to be helped because there was only one cashier who couldn’t care about the customers and 1 manager who thinks its ok to have a filthy attitude towards customers. I demanded my money back because I can’t stand people who have absolutely no customer services etiquette.
