Slow and no care

McDonalds Goodwood just cant get their service up to standard. Last 3 visits to the drive through i was asked to wait in the parking lot for my order... What is the point of a drive through? Also have no milkshakes seriously? Please get new management or staff because the manager andrew is either not qualified or just simply does not care
