Slow and Horrible Service

The Service from McDonalds in Richards Bay is horrible. 1st of all they took long with my order then they gave it too me and forgot to give me the drinks.

When I called to lay a complaint the manager was so horrible and didn’t not hep with any solutions which were viable. The manager said I should turn around from a long distance away and come fetch the drinks. They issue was not resolved even today.
