Sloooòoooow Service,No Effort

Im Writing this review about the Poor and Slow Service at the Mc Donalds branch in Fourways . This is not my 1st Complaint about this Branch. I go there on a weekly basis as this is convenient for me and as well as for the Food that is Great. The Problem is that when u arive there after 6 in the Mornings to place an order,it literally takes the 10 min to prepare 2 Boerie Hashbrowns,as for this is what i prefer,no matter what u order its always slow.Their excuse always is,we are still making the Hasbrowns or patties. I have spoken to this managers numerous times regarding this,and thats where it stays,no urgency and acting whatsoever. Please Mc Donalds Head office get rid off these *********** managers that dont want to improve these small things wich they are supposed to rectify,there are allot off people with the same Qualifications and have the Abillity to do better. Hope u can Sort out this Branch. If your Branch says we open at 6,all the food advertise should be ready to serve at the given time.
