SLEEZY AND POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!!!

<p>Yesterday myself and my friend bought x2 Big Mac McMeals.........well shem they are pathetic we received our burgers yes but never our fries we called the service centre as the actual Braamfontein Mcdonalds phone stays on engaged......Bongiwe Zaza then picked up the phone all politely saying that she will sort this matter and will get back to me soon but to find out it took a whole 24 hrs long encounting........i then called back again today as well as my friend and she then says there is a 48 hr period to deal with complaint WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!! i mean come on seriously what more is there to do its fries but not any fries our fries as we paid for it with our cash and it just shows that Mcdonalds couldnt give two ****s about there patrons and who buys there food. i spoke to Mr Qwanda well well well yet another lost case i tell you he said he will get back to me in an hours time ...........well its like 3 hours later. i would have left all of this but just for the fact that i received such **** and *** service, delayed service, pathetic service, putrit service and i can and will go on.........i will wait for a response and if i dont get my response im taking this to the streets, WORD OF MOUTH ......FACEBOOK.....TWITTER......INSTAGRAM....SNAPCHAT....you name it because MCDONALDS CANT EVEN DELIVER ON X2 LOUSY LITTLE BOXES OF FRIES......YES ONLY FRIES but it was my money that bought those supposed to be stomached already fries.....so please get back to me </p>
