<p>Sies to your staff and management. Poorly trained staff often results in poor customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>A drive thru is meant for vehicles to drive thru. A car infront of me went through the drive thru and all the occupants in the car got off the car and purchased their food on the window. this led for me to wait for more than 5 min. this is unnecessary and stupid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Crew id SHUSHU & P MTHEMBU these staff members should respect all customers and do their job.</p> <p> </p> <p>SIES to you there are many Mc Donalds who offer better service than you.</p>
