Sick of Mc Donald's karenpark crossing

<p>i am fed up with the several disrespectful atrocious service encounters at this franchise. I enjoy McDonald's food, so needless to say I always find myself purchasing a meal at McDonald's karenpark crossing in the north of Pretoria. But just like everything in life, one eventually reaches a boiling point when you expected to pay but do not receive what you payed for. Most recently I drove thru and ordered a mcfeast spicy xl meal. I obviously drove off and was disappointed to find everything in order besides the main purchase,the burger, which was basically 2 patties and and some hot sauce in between a bun when I got home . This is but one incident, in another incident I had ordered 20cheese burgers for me and my friends, the order was taking longer then expected but nonetheless I understood that 20 burgers is quiet a substantial amount , as we waited we got even more hungrier when we noticed that the 1st batch of burger had been packed and ready to go as we had said take aways. I went up to the counter to ask if that was my order which was then confirmed to me, as I was taking it I was advised to wait for the rest of the order, to which I kindly rep**** that we were a bit hungry and would just nibble on these while the others were still in preparation. I was met with a rather nervous and hesitant okay, when we proceeded to pull them out of the bag and unwrap the burgers we found that only mine (the one that was on top) was correct and complete, while all the rest were just cheese, sauce and buns, when i went back to the counter and complain the woman serving us turned to the kitchen and said "I told you so" , which indicated to me that this was orchestrated. The manager explained how this was a mistake but I what I failed to understand was how there could be 9 mistakes out of a batch of 10 burgers, as opposed to one mistake? The other encounter was when we arrived there (at a 24hour operated franchise, signs and all) at 2:30am to be told we are closed by the security and when u politely point out the fact and ask when will it open? You are told I don't know... The service of this place is unsatisfactory and disgusting </p>
