Sh***ty Delivery Service

It is almost 2 months now trying to get a refund from McDonald’s McDelivery service after their driver disappeared with my order. From phone calls to emails with no grace, they just don’t care. Do not, I repeat DO NOT use their McDelivery service because the is no consequence management or internal control measures to deal with worst case scenarios.
