Shortchanged on order

This is specifically in regards to McDonalds in Gordon Road. The number of times our order has been incorrect is astonishing. We get charged for what we order, and then there are wrong or missing items. And we usually only notice this by the time we get home, not while were still in the drive through. This last weekend, we ordered milkshakes, and added Oreos into each one (at an additional cost), just for us to get home, and notice that none of the milkshakes had oreos in them. Although the price of the oreos is onlyR6 per milkshake, it is the principle that frustrates me, because this always happens at this branch.

We will not be going back.
