Short supply of food items

The fast food outlet is short supplying on a regular basis. There are always 1 or 2 items short and I only find this when I get home. There has been no response to the 5 emails that I sent to them, and although I gave them all details of the receipt number, name of cashier, and items short supp**** together with my contact details a guy by the name Vele keeps asking the same questions. I have stopped using this fast food outlet and would like to warn others also.
