Short Ingredients (but paid full price)

I came in and bought a boerie and hashbrown stack today at Claremont Cavendish Square McDonalds as I usually do, only to find that after opening the wrapper and burger that it came without the brazed onions.

I then let the manager on duty know, where she simply brushed it off and responded by saying the onions were out of stock.

I would have appreciated the decency of being told before hand about the out of stock onions, so that i could've at least changed my order to purchase something else with all the ingredients.

I feel that the managers attitude to a customer concern is appalling, instead of resolving it she chose to ignore it.
