Shocking service from McDonalds

McDonalds Midrand is an absolute disgrace. They will not take orders in the shop. The drive through only has one operational speaker yet they have cars ordering from both. We sat for 20 minutes and eventually left with nothing. Really sad that people just don't care about service.
