SHOCKING service from Mc Donald's

Absolutely SHOCKING and DISGUSTING service from Mc Pathetic Donald's!!! They dont even know their own products in their call centre! They don't even understand customer service. Last Saturday 7th September we decided to try Mc Donald's. We had friends over and we wanted a meal in a hurry. My hubby does not like Mc Donald's to start with but I convinced him to try their double BEEF burger with cheese, chilli sauce and jelapino's. One of my colleagues at work ordered this for me. I really liked it as we love hot spicy food. So we called the call centre, placed orders and I explained the spicy, cheese, jalapeno burger with 2x BEEF patties on it. NOT chicken. I dont know Mc Donald's menu as I'm not an avid Mc Donald patron but I liked this specific burger. I EXPLAINED the burger to the guy, his name was Jabu if I remember correctly, he SEEMED to know what we wanted. Delivery arrived and my hubby's and mine was wrong. We got a chicken burger with mayonnaise on. Slap dash tasteless burger. I called back and got them to correct the order. The branch was the big grey building on Great North rd, Benoni. TWO HOURS LATER our correct order arrived!!! While we were waiting for correct order to arrive my hubby was now STARVING. Our friends and the kids had all finished their food. I told hubby to eat his in the meantime as we were waiting forever. When the correct order EVENTUALLY arrived two hours later they would not give us BOTH correct burgers only one as hubby had eaten the one incorrect burger!!! What do they EXPECT after TWO HOURS!!! The driver actually took the other spicy burger back with him AS PER INSTRUCTION BY OWNER OF GREAT NORTH BENONI BRANCH!!! Needless to say I didn't have anything to eat as I gave my correct spicy burger to my hubby as I wanted him to taste it. Firstly - the guy in the call centre does NOT know his product hence HE messed up the order. Secondly - I do NOT know the menu hence my EXPLINATION of the burger. Thirdly - after waiting for TWO HOURS they should actually have left BOTH burgers with us. It's called CUSTOMER SERVICE.
