Shocking service and never ready

McDonald's Gordon Rd, staff are rude, never ready for breakfast service and always has some excuse for not ready, breakfast starts at 7am. I always go through the drive thru at 7:15am, so they would be ready because this is a continuous issue. This morning, I ordered my breakfast meal at 7:15am, paid at the window, moved to collection. The coffee is not ready, she said it would still be 5 minutes and gave me my meal and move to the next collection window. 7:27am still no coffee, so they gave me no choice, I can wait and have a cold meal and a coffee or can have a Luke warm meal at this point with no coffee, so I left without my coffee. The staff at this branch, these is always an issue and it starts with the manager. They just can not be ready for breakfast service and a cold meal without a coffee is just fine.
