Shocking service

Just came from your Plumstead branch.. the service was and is shocking. With a hungry 5 year old in the car I waited nearly at the intercom to place an order with no response. I then moved forward, stood in the line with the intention of placing my order at the payment window. Arrived there, waited and nobody showed. Even hooted to get attention, but that got me nowhere. I then proceeded to the collection window only to be told ‘she’s there now and I have to go back in the line to place an order. Disgusting!!!
