Shocking Service

I pass the McDonald's on Nellmapius Drive/R21, every morning, stop by at least three times a week to buy breakfast, the doors have not been working for about three weeks, you could not enter through the front door, you have to walk up to the door and with your fingers forced the door open, the staff will just look at you, they would not assist at all, secondly I pay with my phone with the new tap service on your phone, so I don't carry a cards and cash, now the speedpoints don't work, so I cannot purchase, absolutely frustrating, the staff look at you as if they are dumb, it is shocking service, it is just getting from bad to worse but I'm not surprised this is the country we live in, so you just have to accepted it or you will get frustrated, sad reality of South Africa.
