Shocking service

Shocking service, zero customer care. Delivery hour overdue, store manager completely unhelpful eventually admitting they had not processed the order. Then proceeded to tell us to call some number. REALLY Sir.......... after waiting a total of 2 hours we must now call some central number to get a refund! Shocking, i recommend your staff get a deep customer care course, followed by an apology and a refund. Your store has lost my support. Jeremy
