Shocking service

It is with deep horror and shock that I raise my concern. Living in a country where crime is rife ( allow Honorable Cele some time to settle into office), find it so unsettling that a woman's safety is not taken into consideration. I placed an order with your organisation and was promised delivery between 21:15 And 20:30. But No...Not McDonald's...it was seen fit to keep quiet until 22:35. Really? A woman, must got out of her house at that time because McDonald's conveniently decided to be late and call her at the 11th hour. This is shocking to say the least. There has got to be some sort of recourse, And No, an apology won't cut it. I had to go to sleep on an empty stomach because the organisation I trusted to feed me had failed me...
