Shocking service!!!

McDonalds Waterkloof Ridge, really disappointing service! We waited 20 minutes to place the order 15 min to finally arrive at the last window. We are then told that the ice cream machine is broken but he will give us large milkshakes. I explained that we do not drink milkshakes. He then disappeared. Finally we get another dude’s attention and I ask for refund. It is now 19:30 and I need to get ice cream somewhere else. Again he disappeared and the.a senior appears. He holds his hand out to me…. No words . I assume he wants the slip - now he disappears. Finally he returns to tell me I must come in the store. Sir, it is COVID, that is why we use drive through. I asked why and he said to give him my contact number. Really??? I ask for the paper and write the details down. I finally got my refund and left at 19:53. No apology, we will try to do better. I can accept a machine that broke but the attitude of the staff, shocking!!!
