Shocking service

<p> </p> <p>On Friday, 23 June 2017, around 18H15 we went to the MacDonald’s in Webber Road, Lambton, Germiston as my son noticed the ad for the Despicable Me 3 toys on the Macdonalds website.</p> <p> </p> <p>When we arrived at the store, the place was full and we asked the host if they had the toys, we even showed her the Macdonalds website - https://www.mcdonalds.co.za/ and she confirmed they had the Despicable Me 3 toys…</p> <p> </p> <p>After waiting for 15 minutes we get served, just to be told they DO NOT have the Despicable Me 3 toys…</p> <p> </p> <p>When asked if I can see the Store Manager, I get told that she is off duty and was given her cell phone number. I phoned the Store Manager – Irene. With a very ****y attitude she informs me, that the store have not reached stock and I must contact the Reginal Manager - Frans. Upon querying her about her store’s host confirming they had the toys, she informed me that she cannot account for her staff as she [Irene] was not on duty.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then phoned Frans. Who advise me he can’t do anything now as he is sick in bed, however , he will get back to me…its now Monday, 26 June 2017, 11h20 and no response from Frans…hope he did not pass on from his illness…</p> <p> </p> <p>We then went to the Sunward Park branch and got the Despicable Me 3 toys…</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know why staff don’t know what is going on in the branch they working for and they don’t know what promotions the company is running…this is really a bad reflection on management…</p> <p> </p> <p>Also, they fact that no one gets back to you on your complaint and the lazy attitude of management…</p> <p> </p> <p>I am shocked at this behaviour from an international company…</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
