SHOCKING SERVICE

Shocking service received today.

I ordered Food online on the Mcdonalds, shocking to say after 3 long hours my order was cancelled to be told by Tammy in customer service that my money will be refunded within 3-7 working days.

How on eath is this Good service. I am absolutely horrified honestly!
