Shocking service

Placed an order thru Uber eats to the Hatfield Mc Donalds. The order consisted of a Mcfeast and a Crispy chicken salad. The order was delivered without the salad. I reordered the salad again but had to dispute the payment for the salad. I received a message that a hold was put on the amount that was taken from my account. The second order that i placed for the salad took almost an hour to arrive. At that stage i was ready to take somebody apart. when i opened the bags , the burger seemed to have been slammed together, costing R92, the fries were cold. the salad was a container filled with lettuce that seemed as if it had been previously frozen, on that was one tomato cut in four, four strips of chicken, a few bits of corn kernels, no honey and mustard sauce as ordered this for R67, i am highly disgusted and very, very angry my time and my money have been absolutely wasted, there is no way that i or any of my direct friends and family, who have been informed will ever support this Hatfield Mc Donalds again.
