Shocking McDonalds Vangate service

On the 12/09 I ordered quite a few meals via Uber Eats. When the order arrived a McFlurry as well as one of the burgers was missing. I first called the Uber driver whose girlfriend/wife answered the phone. The driver then pretended like he could not hear me and hung up. Then I called McDonalds Vangate Mall from where my order was placed. The employee was very unprofessional and informed me to contact Uber without even giving me a chance to explain what had occurred. Surely they could have checked to see if my oder was handed over to the Uber driver correctly. My account was credited for the McFlurry but not for the burgers. Please can this be ammneded asap as I am now out of pocket and the service at McDonalds was shocking!!!
