Shocking mcdelivery customer care

I used mcdelivery today and I ordered like I usually do. But then I got a call from the driver delivering the food saying that he's in a different suburb and he's outside "my house" and I proceeded to tell him that he has the wrong address and then as I was talking he put the phone down, which is what I was shocked about so I called customer care which proceeded to tell me that I have the wrong address and not them but I didn't and I went on the app to the my address section and nothing was wrong with the address, and they proceeded to tell me I'm wrong about the address. So I explained to them my address and they put the phone down while I was talking again. I was not using vulgar language or raising my voice, I simply just wanted my food and I got treated like this. And I called again and they said they've canceled my order. I really can't believe a customer could be treated like this. I'm truly shocked at how bad the customer service was
