Shocking experience at McDonald's Capricorn Centre Muizenburg

Good Day, I am highly disgusted in the service and product i received from the McDonald's at Capricorn Centre in Muizenburg yesterday the 8th June 2019. Firstly the menu displayed was not what the till was showing once items were rung up. Then when i eventually received my order and went to open it, it looked like the burgers were stamp pressed for example something heavy was placed on them. To add insult to injury the chips were cold and my drinks lid was not properly fixed to the container and thus spilling all over when i placed it in the cup holder. In all my time that i have bought from McDonald's i have never felt so ********** than when i went to your outlet at Capricorn Square Muizenburg. I recommend you rather close the branch and cut your costs rather than continue running some half baked operation like you are running at the Capricorn Centre Oultet.
