Shocking and disappointing service
As I was on my way to work (14.02.2018) @ 21:37, I decided to pass by Macdonald Drive Thru in Rosebank. I placed an order then drove to the paying counter. when I reached the paying counter I was serviced by the lady who was wearing all black who didn't even bother herself by greeting me. All she said was "insert your there and press one" no hello, no nothing. I then told the told to learn to use the word please and her response was "WHY MUST I SAY PLEASE". when I was I was done making payment I then asked for her name because she was not wearing a name badge she rep**** by saying " why do you want to know name because my name is not important'. Out of shock I then drove to the next counter where I met a lovely lady who was very friendly but I forgot her name, as I was still shocked by what I encountered on the first counter. I asked this lady the name of the lady who is wearing black on the first counter she told me that its NEO, I then asked is she a trainee because her attitude gave me an impression that she is still a trainee. This lady confirmed that NEO is not a trainee and she's been working there for some time now. My question is, is this what you taught Ne during her induction to be rude towards your clients? What irritated me the most is the fact that she was arrogant and disrespectful even when I was telling her that in hospitality industry you use two words which are Please and Thank you. The food is fine but her attitude is on another level. Something must be done about her attitude otherwise you will end up loosing business to your loyal clients
