Shocking!!!!

I would just like to express my disappointment regarding this particular restaurant. The service is horrible and not even talking about the product which should be to the McDonald’s standard but is far off.

The other matter I want to bring to your attention is there is no way to determine their trading hours. The one day the store opens at 07:00 and the next it’s not even open by 09:30. Waiting in a drive through queue for 20 mins defeats the purpose of “fast food”.

Please let me know what will be done to rectify this matter. I believe in complimenting good service, but also criticizing the bad.
