Shocked!!!! And Appalled

I just want to say im really disappointed and appalled by the service l just received at McDonald's Braamfontein .Me and my family ordered 1 mcflurry 2 vanilla milkshakes and 1 orange juice the shop was not even busy but it took us 30 minutes to receive our order we walked into the shop at exactly 5 to 8. I Could actually see our drinks Sitting on the counter for so long so ofcourse l was pretty much getting irritated and l stood up to collect my drinks but nobody even gave me attention so I waved my slip and showed the lady behind the counter my slip number and drinks l ordered she proceeded not to even look at me and went behind about her business at the back . Then again l pointed out my drinks and that must have irritated her and she started talking back and cursing ,the manager was standing right sayin' nothing ofcourse then l lost it . She pushed out the drinks with no straws no s****s and l asked her for s****s and she didn't give me any and proceeded serving the next person then came back and shoved the s****s on the counter. Manager says nothing in all this because Im sure what is happening is very normal and fine. It's not the first time I have had bad service from this particular shop but l never complained maybe because this is a student joint??? Is this an acceptable behavior for your employees to yell at a customer "**** off" I don't even know the ladie's name because noone in that shop wears a name tag .When l asked for her name she came to the front and said take a picture and make it go viral .
