****ty Mc Donalds customer complains service

I have never received such bad customer service like i did in Mc Donalds, Ordered food through uber eats "They are very convinient and give the best ever service'', food gets delivered 15 Minutes later and the burger is cold. Called the customer complains and speaks to a guy by the name of Sandile and he tells me i need to lay my complain with Uber eats. I dont know when Uber eats started making burgers. I am at work, had a long day, expected to have my food after a long day and i receive the most shirty attitude from this guy and now i am stuck with a ****ty burger. Never buying from Kyalami Mc Donalds ever again, never ever ever again.
