Shake issues

I have posted a complaint almost a month ago about and issue that I thought is necessary to bring to Mc Donald's attention. To date, I had no response or feedback. Most probably they are not interested in the views of their customers, as long as the take their money. In general, the past couple of weeks, the service levels have deteriorated at most if not all the Mc Donald's outlets I visited. Must be honest, not really surprised - seeing that they are not interested to respond to a complaint or suggestion of a loyal supporter- well, previous loyal supporter.
