Service with attitude

<p>This evening, the 29th of July, my mother and I wanted to get a meal from McDonald's at Waterkloof Ridge. I was greeted with a bleak hi to start with from a lady at the drive through. The lady taking my order then started to get agitated when I took too long to order a meal. She tried to force me to hurry up by saying hello each time I went silent. This then changed to her aggressively saying, "talk to me sir". In the end I cancelled my order because of her attitude. I will never be going back to that branch and I am very disappointed with the service I received.</p>
