service training required staff rude at Mega City Umlazi

<p>I was at Umlazi Mega drive threw that is there is so rude she does'nt even there at first. Attitude we ended up leaving and we now at Kwamnyandu Mall Mcdonald</p> <p>Get off that till she must go wipe the floors or anything not customer services.</p> <p>It not the first complains about staff there very slow, rude, don't care about customers. I feel sorry for the owner probably needs to get a new manager before it closes down. All staff at the mega city are not happy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Got my 2 breakfast now back to mega city and I am late.</p> <p> </p> <p>Manager to call me </p>
