Service sucks big time

Received Appalling service from Mcdonalds Tokai l,my husband and myself took the kids to eat and play at mcdonalds we ordered our food @8:30 and at 9:15 the food was still not ready,customer who came long after us have left already with their meals and we still waiting.At this point im irritated and kids are restless.I go to the tills and ask how long still and they still busy at 9:25 At this time husband steps in and wants to cancel the order and they only started with our order at 9:30 he proceeds to cancel and manager just says sorry and gives the money back..Like really now ive never experienced this and McDonald's has always been our go to place with the kids but I really think we done with mcds.
