I placed an order on Mr D on 04/10/2023 at 18:24pm at Mcdonald's Clayville Olifantsfontein and up till now 21:05pm i haven't received my order.Money was deducted from my account,when i went there to query 2 hours later i was bluntly told that it is not their problem that the scooter guy didnt come and take my order- No apology no nothing instead there were being rude,i was told to call the call center for a refund tomorrow.I am so disgusted by their service really,what an inconvienience!I thought since it is now improved and renovated the service will also improve but it seems the look is the only thing that has improved.I dont think i will ever buy there again!To think that i ordered food for my kids while i was at work knowing that i will knock off late,now I'm stuck with hungry kids and you took my last money nxa!******* service
