Service is terrible and order wrongly packed at McD's Woodmead

Visited McD's Woodmead (SA) on 23/09/2018 around 18:37 last night. I ordered a few items, one of which being the new McD's snack box which was meant to have 16 Nuggets and 20 McBites. I only found 6 Nuggets in my food bag upon opening it. I called the Woodmead store on ********** 223 as per the invoice and no answer on 2 attempts. Also the McD's SA Head Office was closed on my call attempt. Please can I get someone from McD's SA head office to contact me. I have an issue with the store itself (Woodmead, Sandton) and my last order.
