Service is appalling and redeeming issues

My experience today was one from a classic bad service book that I have seen and let go most the time, turning a blind-eye but this is it. McDonald's Denlyn in Mamelodi is most probably the worst i service. This issue has being going on for more than a year now and honestly nothing is being done about the SLA and customer service levels are appalling.

From the moment you walk in the host is usually unavailable and won't greet/help unless you approach or ask them, that for me is not how the hospitality industry works. They have locked their (free wifi) with a code that you get from them after you rate their service (this to me is bullying as what would I be rating if I haven't even purchased anything). Firstly my reviews are based on experiences and not in order to obtain a wifi key, which I need to use in order to purchase/redeem my vouchers.

The biggest issue today was when I redeemed my loyalty point (5000 points for 10 nuggets) along with my upsize voucher for a big mac meal. I was then told upon receiving my order that my nuggets are not included because I am not allowed to redeem more than one voucher at time, which is funny because I usually order up to 3 vouchers in 1 order from other McD restaurants. My order number is 3100 and the cashier told me that I have forfeited my points which I find to be very unfair. I do not feel valued as a customer of McDonalds as I have been buying numerous times in order for me to obtain my loyalty points and now it seems like i will have to forfeit my point all because "you can not redeem two things on the same order number" as the cashiers put it. Funny how that only applies to this specific McDonalds only.
