Service gone to the dogs!!

Went to Macdonald's greenstone. Got there at 21.33. Its 22.06...less than 5 cars in the queue ahead since I arrived. They are super slow. I personally observed eleven (11)cars from the queue behind me call it quits and drive off (check your CCTV footage if you think I'm lying) To imagine I burned twice my meal cost in petrol while waiting to place an order. McDonald's seriously needs to place a staff monitoring system if they hope to keep clients happy. Employees carefree and happily chatting while we endure in the queue. Disgusting. 22.11 still not served. See me here no more.
