**** service from Macdonalds in Westridge

I'm constantly having issues with service at Macdonalds in Westridge Mitchell's Plain. The service is absolutely flipping putrid. You wait 20mins to 1hour for an order. If the staff aren't slow then their systems is offline. There is never anyone at the till points or one person running between a till point and the kitchen. There was literally one occasion where there was no drive thru line or people inside and that was colored staff, I even asked if they were new there and that was also the last time I saw them there. I don't want the manager to contact me of that branch because Thulani Dayeni is a **** of note. I want the area manager to contact me because this Macdonalds is the closest to home.
