My name is Moganwa from South Africa, I am currently in Macdonalds Nkomo, Pretoria. They really know how to treat customers like pieces of sh*t. I am here to have a small meeting 10 minutes in I needed a toilet locked told I had to supply receipts, and I literally had to order something before my meeting...Understood they don't want anyone using their toilet, then my friend came in the same story. Their attitude now raised from 95% to 100%, they were shouting telling us we shouldn't charge our laptops here they are doing us a favor. Please do a client service courses for your employees they are platforms like open sesame that can help with this kind of attitudes
